Chiropractic treatments

Helping you to move and feel your best!

As a chiropractor my focus is on helping you move better, feel better and achieve overall well-being. I take a patient-centred approach, looking at how your musculoskeletal (MSK) and nervous systems work together to support your health.

Chiropractic care is a hands-on, natural and non-invasive way to relieve pain, improve mobility and support your
body’s ability to heal itself. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with ongoing discomfort or simply looking to stay active and healthy, I provide tailored care to meet your needs.

You don’t need a referral to see me as I am a primary healthcare professional trained to assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of MSK conditions, especially those affecting the spine and nervous system. Many issues such as back and neck pain, joint stiffness, or posture-related discomfort can benefit from chiropractic care.

Through precise adjustments and manual techniques I help restore movement, relieve tension and improve the overall function of your muscles and joints. At your first visit I take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle and current concerns. I carry out a thorough assessment to determine whether chiropractic care is right for you. If your condition requires further medical attention outside my expertise I will refer you to the appropriate healthcare professional, such as your GP.

My approach is holistic, meaning I don’t just focus on symptoms – I look at the bigger picture of your health. Beyond hands-on treatment I also offer guidance on posture, movement, exercise, and lifestyle habits that can help you stay strong, flexible, and pain-free. I believe in working proactively to prevent issues before they develop, helping you maintain long-term spinal health and overall well-being.

Spinal health plays a vital role in your daily life. Long hours of sitting, poor posture, and lack of movement can contribute to MSK problems but with the right care and advice, many of these issues can be managed or even prevented. Chiropractors are often the first point of contact for people experiencing MSK concerns and I take that responsibility seriously.

Early detection and treatment can make a huge difference, helping you stay active, mobile and feeling your best. My practice is run from a newly built cabin in my garden and based in the village of Lightwater, Surrey. For new patients, the initial appointment takes about an hour and covers a full history, physical examination and if appropriate your first treatment. If further treatments are needed, these are about 30 minutes long and will be discussed at your initial appointment.

At The Chiropractic Cabin, Lightwater, Surrey you will have no hard sell and no commitments to lengthy treatment plans – just honesty and a passion to help you recover.
