About Me

Originally from sunny Durban, South Africa, I moved to the UK with my family just before
beginning my Chiropractic studies in Bournemouth—another sunny spot! I’ve always
loved the beach and being outdoors and that passion continues to shape my lifestyle.

I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2004 with a Masters degree in Chiropractic. My approach to patient care is comprehensive and integrative – combining specific chiropractic manipulative therapy, mobilisation, exercise, and soft tissue techniques such as massage, stretching and dry needling. I strongly believe in empowering patients to take an active role in their health and recovery – helping them identify lifestyle factors contributing to their symptoms and making simple changes to prevent future relapses.

I enjoy treating people of all ages and backgrounds, valuing the uniqueness of every individual who walks through my practice doors. Since 2006 I’ve called Surrey home, where I love spending time outdoors with my daughters. I’m passionate about strength training at the gym, enjoy pottering in my garden, adventures with family and friends and have a particular love for baking – especially sourdough bread.

I also volunteer weekly at our wonderful local hospital as an ABM trained breastfeeding supporter. I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a proud member of the British Chiropractic Association.
